Lewis Hamilton is the hot subject of this period:
- Coulthard said Lewis will lose his nice-guy, polite image :”In three years from now, he’ll be less approachable, more distant and with his own private jet.”
- Schumacher may race against him on December
- the jockey Frankie Dettori started this year as a favourite of the BBC Sports Personality Award, but now Hamilton seems to be replacing him.
- Former champion Emerson Fittipaldi says fellow-Brazilian Nelson Piquet could be the “next Hamilton”
- at Silverstone yesterday, where huge crowds assembled in the hope of seeing Britain’s hero of the summer, pounding around the circuit during the three-day test. The groan when Pedro De La Rosa was disclosed as the McLaren driver echoed like thunder through the stands.
- David Robertson, who broke the mould by bringing the untested talents of Jenson Button and Kimi Raikkonen into Formula One, believes Hamilton could be the sport’s first $100 million driver, annually that is.

Born in 7 january 1985, Lewis Carl Hamilton began karting in 1993. He was good, soon start to winning races and championships.
In 2001 he joined the 2001 British Formula Renault Winter Series, finishing fifth overall. Here is what Schumacher said about him in 2001:”He’s a quality driver, very strong and only 16. If he keeps this up I’m sure he will reach F1. It’s something special to see a kid of his age out on the circuit. He’s clearly got the right racing mentality.”
2002 Hamilton finish third in Formula Renault UK championship with three wins and three pole positions.
2003 Forumla Renault UK champion.
2004 won a race in the Formula Three Euroseries and finish fifth in championship. He also won the Bahrain F3 Superprix, race one of the Macau F3 Grand Prix.
Also, this was the year when he had his first test with a McLaren F1 car.
2005 He defected to reigning Euroseries champions ASM for the 2005 season and dominated the championship, winning 15 of the 20 rounds. He also won the Ultimate Masters of Formula 3 at Zandvoort.

Here are a few videos to remember one of the greatest pilots of Formula One, maybe even the best one:
Senna’s first World Championship title :
Senna´s racing at Japan, besides bein… Senna´s racing at Japan, besides being considered his greatest racing in his profile, is also considered one of most spectaculars racings in F1 history. It worth the title of the F1 World Divers Championship, that Senna thought it was lost for him at the begining of race. He started in 1st, but he had a problem with his McLarens clutch, what left him at 16th place. When the engine worked, Senna went out so determined that on the 1st lap he was occuping 4th place, then he went after Prost, a leader smelling like a champion. At 24th of 51 laps, the unexpected happened: Ayrton came flying throught Prost and made his 15th overtake. An immortal victory of a new champion, worthy of a picture
:
Amazing Senna racing in the rain:
Uk Grand prix in 1993 Senna keeps Prost and Schumacher behind even if those last two have much betters cars:

Alonso is the champion, so it’s just fair to talk about him after Schumacher. In the all time formula one record, Alonso;s standings are like this:

He is the youngest winner of a formula one race.
Again, the youngest winner of a pole position.
Youngest driver to set Fastest Lap : second after Nico Rosberg.

He is young and has a lot of talent and he can broke many records from now on.
